Clean Power Alliance of Southern California (“CPA”) is a Community Choice Aggregator (“CCA”) comprised of 31 communities throughout Los Angeles and Ventura counties. As CPA expands through 2018 and 2019 to become the largest CCA in California, it will provide clean, affordable, and locally-controlled retail electric service to nearly one million Southern California customer accounts.
CPA's objectives include: competitive electric rates, reduced greenhouse gas emissions, higher renewable content than the incumbent utility, and local economic benefits.
