Dwayne Fulk

President & CEO – City Utilities of Springfield, MO

Dwayne Fulk was named President-Chief Executive Officer of City Utilities of Springfield, Missouri (CU) in 2024. He previously served successively as its Associate General Manager-General Counsel, Vice President-Chief Legal Officer, and Senior Vice President-Chief Legal & Economic Development Officer, and oversaw CU’s Developer Services, Economic Development, Electric Reliability Compliance, Environmental Affairs, Internal Auditing, Legal and Government Relations, and Records Governance departments. His 25 years of experience practicing law with local, regional, and national law firms prior to joining CU in 2017 emphasized mergers and acquisitions, entity startup, finance and development, franchise and distribution, commercial aviation, and international transactions.

Among other professional, civic, and charitable activities, Fulk has served as President of Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, Rotary Club of Springfield, and Greater Ozarks Chapter of the American Red Cross. He currently serves on the Members Committee of Southwest Power Pool and the Boards of Directors of Accelerate SGF, Inc., Care to Learn, OTC Public Building Corporation, Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, and Springfield Business and Development Corporation.

Fulk graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and from Duke University with a Juris Doctor and Master in Laws in International and Comparative Law.
