About Susan T Boggs
SUSAN T BOGGS
Chief People Officer
As The Energy Authority's vice president of administration and chief people officer, Susan Boggs is responsible for all human resource management and employee relations activities. She oversees all communications, event planning, and administrative functions for the organization.
Ms. Boggs joined TEA in 2008 and was named director of human resources and corporate support in 2010. Prior to joining TEA, Susan was director of human resources for S&P USA, the North American subsidiary of Soler & Palau Ventilation Group, and director of human resources for Ring Power Corporation.
Ms. Boggs has held a variety of diverse positions, working in music education, accounting, contract administration, payroll management, and human resources. She has supported organizations in many different sectors, including software development, manufacturing, and heavy equipment.
Ms. Boggs holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Florida and a bachelor’s degree in music education from Florida State University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
