Since joining TEA in November 2021, Alison has assisted PNW and California utilities with portfolio management through the development of client portfolio models that incorporate the changing landscape of the Western Interconnect’s regulatory structure. Alison’s work includes the development of financial models for TEA California clients from the ground up, based upon the unique characteristics and reporting requirements of each client, as well as the translation of Washington’s Climate Commitment Act into the carbon requirements and market strategies of TEA’s Washington clients.
