Chris focuses on portfolio management for energy hedging and regulatory-driven products, such as RPS products, primarily for TEA’s California clients. Chris has extensive experience constructing and evaluating portfolios that meet a variety of economic and environmental goals, including voluntary and programmatic procurement. He has a strong regulatory background and a deep knowledge of carbon policy and western energy markets, based in over seven years of experience in the energy industry across TEA and two mainstays of the PNW energy space: Tacoma Power and the Public Power Council (Portland, Oregon). Chris has worked on IRPs, wholesale marketing strategy, revenue modeling, and
