JACKSONVILLE, Fla., April 9, 2020 – The Energy Authority (TEA) and Florida Municipal Power Agency (FMPA) initiated a partnership on April 1, 2020, for TEA to provide FMPA with Load Forecasting, Portfolio Management, and Mid-Term Trading services.
