Dan Williams has been a part of designing and evolving western wholesale energy markets for over a decade – from the start of the NWPP MC Initiative through the adoption and growth of the Western EIM to the earliest days of CAISO’s EDAM and SPP’s launching of the Markets+ effort, Dan has been at the table and in the room working to ensure these evolving markets ultimately deliver value to the end-use consumers and customers of western utilities.
