Jaclyn has over fifteen years of experience with California energy procurement and policy. Her areas of expertise include California’s capacity markets, utility-scale renewable and storage procurement, Distributed Energy Resource (DER) deployment, and the interplay between green energy procurement and regulatory policy. Since joining TEA in 2019, Jaclyn has provided a wide array of support services for TEA’s California clients and is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction in all aspects of TEA’s service delivery, from real-time trading to settlements. Jaclyn works primarily from her home office in Oakland, California.
