Jeff Fuller has over twenty-five years of experience in the energy industry. He has a broad range of experiences including trading, analytics, short- and long-term power supply planning, and assisting with development and implementation of risk management programs.

Jeff led TEA’s initial engagement with several of TEA’s California Community Choice Aggregation clients where he helped TEA clients complete all implementation and regulatory activities related to studying and launching CCE programs. As part of these efforts, Jeff helped educate staff and boards of directors new to the energy industry on the opportunities, risks, and means of mitigating the risks of participating in wholesale energy markets and operating a CCE program.
